Keri Marino is a Women's Empowerment Yoga Therapist, Inner Work Mentor and the Founder of The Nourished Woman. With over 16 years of experience guiding thousands of women, Keri's work blends somatic yoga therapy, emotional processing and devotional spiritual practice into a method that helps women feel confident, connected and at home within themselves - body, mind and soul.
She specializes in working with self-aware women who have "done the work," yet still feel disconnected from their bodies, stuck in old patterns, or unsure how to integrate everything they've known into real life confidence and peace.
Through nervous system-informed yoga, restorative practice, meditation and shadow work, Keri helps women move from insight to embodiment - from understanding patterns to living beyond them.
Her teaching is known for being calm, grounding, deeply compassionate and quietly powerful. She honors yoga's roots while making it practical and transformative for real women navigating motherhood, relationships, leadership, grief, growth and expansion.
At the heart of her work is a simple devotion: helping women learn how to be themselves, especially in the tender, messy, in-between places of life. When she’s not mentoring clients or creating content for you, she enjoys playing outside with her three kids, cooking nourishing meals and laughing at stand up comedians with her husband Chef Tanner.
